EHDEN
The European Health Data and Evidence Network (EHDEN) will provide financial and technical support to harmonise your COVID-19 patient data to a standard model.
Since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak, hospitals and clinics around the world have captured vast amounts of data on the disease in patients’ healthcare records. This data, like most healthcare data, is stored in separate databases and different formats, and this drastically limits its usefulness for research.
Harmonisation of data will help in characterising patients with COVID-19, get answers on how best to manage their care, and if certain treatments are safe and effective.
EHDEN proposes to assist potential data partners who have representative and relevant COVID-19 clinical data. It will provide financial and technical support to assist with harmonising the data to the OMOP common data model, with a view to linking data partners together and with other researchers.
Valeur du sub-grant : 50.000€
Deadline : 14/05/2020
