L’appel transnational JPI-MYBL – EWG est ouvert.
Cet appel est centré sur trois aspects d'inégalité. Les propositions peuvent se concentrer sur un, deux ou les trois sujets:

• Income and wealth
• Caring responsibilities
• Social and political participation

L’appel est dit transnational car le consortium sera international avec chaque partenaire financé par l’agence de financement nationale/régionale auprès de laquelle il est éligible. Pour les équipes UCLouvain, le bailleur de fonds est BELSPO.

Attention ! Toutes les agences de financement ne financent pas tous les sujets. Ainsi, BELSPO ne financera que des activités s’inscrivant dans les thématiques : Income and Wealth et/ou Social and Political Participation

• Consortium: minimum trois partenaires de trois pays participants.
  • Pays participants :
    • Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG), Austria
    • Belgian Science Policy office (BELSPO), Belgium
    • The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), Canada
    • Academy of Finland (AKA), Finland
    • Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR), France
    • Federal Ministry for Education and Research via VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH, Germany
    • Ministry of Education and Science (IZM), Latvia
    • Norges forskningsrad (RCN), Norway
    • Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI) – State Research Agency, Spain
    • Forte – The Swedish Research Council for Health Working Life and Welfare (Sweden)
    • Economic & Social Research Council as part of the United Kingdom Research and Innovation (ESRC), United Kingdom
• Chaque partenaire est invité à vérifier son éligibilité auprès de « son » agence de financement, les règles de celles-ci, ainsi que les thématiques soutenues.
• Durée : max. 36 mois.

Règles et documents BELSPO

• Budget : max. 300 k€ pour les partenaires belges d’un même projet
• Frais de personnel : (At least 60% of the total proposal's budget has to be devoted to staff)
  Si le personnel n’est pas identifié, les coûts de personnel sont limités à:
  • 5 500 €/month FTE for a scientist with a Master's degree (regardless of years of experience)
  • 7 500 €/month FTE for a scientist with a PhD (regardless of years of experience)
  • 4 200 €/month FTE for a technician/Bachelor (regardless of years of experience)
    BELSPO prefers staff to be hired under a labour contract. However tax-free doctoral or post doctoral scholarships can be exceptionally accepted under the following restricted conditions. The total number of tax-free scholarships per project is limited to max. 50% of the number of staff financed within said project. In any case, there shall not be more than 2 tax-free scholarships/project. Tax-free scholarships refer to a grant subject to tax exemption under the tax laws. The costs for scholarships are limited to a maximum amount of:
  • 3 750 €/month FTE for a tax-free doctoral scholarship (regardless of years of experience)
  • 5 250 €/month FTE for a tax-free postdoctoral scholarship (regardless of years of experience)
• Equipement : à acheter dans la première moitié du projet
• Coûts de fonctionnement: taux forfaitaire de 10% des coûts de personnel (15% en cas de coordination)
• Coûts de fonctionnement tout à fait spécifiques
• Overheads=PAFG (à prévoir !) : 5% de la somme coûts de personnel et frais de fonctionnement
• Sous-traitance : max. 25% du budget du partenaire belge
