Par la présente, je vous informe que l’appel « Postdoctoral Felloships » des Actions Marie Sklodowska-Curie (HORIZON-MSCA-2023-PF) est maintenant ouvert. Je vous invite à consulter le programme de travail ci-joint.
Pour quoi ? Les actions « PF » s'inscrivent dans le pilier intitulé "Excellence scientifique" et ont pour but de renforcer le potentiel créatif et innovant des chercheurs expérimentés souhaitant diversifier leurs compétences individuelles à travers la formation, la mobilité internationale et intersectorielle avancées. Deux types de bourses individuelles : European Postdoctoral Fellowships (bourses individuelles de mobilité en Europe ou vers l'Europe) et Global Postdoctoral Fellowships (bourses individuelles de mobilité vers un pays tiers, avec phase de retour en Europe).

Pour qui ? Les chercheurs devront être, au moment de la date limite de soumission du projet, en possession d’un doctorat, défini comme une thèse de doctorat soutenue avec succès, même si le doctorat n’a pas encore été décerné. Les chercheurs en mobilité internationale peuvent être de toute nationalité. Attention : à la date limite de l’appel, les chercheurs doivent avoir un maximum de 8 années d’expérience de recherche en équivalent temps plein, à compter de la date à laquelle le chercheur était titulaire d’un doctorat.

Quoi ? La durée des « European Postdoctoral Fellowships » se situe entre 12 et 24 mois alors que pour les « Global Postdoctoral Fellowships », elle se situe entre 24 et 36 mois (phase de retour de 12 mois obligatoire).

Le budget du projet est calculé sous la forme de forfaits (coûts unitaires) pour le chercheur et pour l’établissement (merci de consulter le document ci-joint → tableau page 89).

Comment ? Soumission exclusivement électronique via le « Submission service » du Funding & Tenders Portal avant le 13/09/2023 (17:00).

Attention : les propositions impliquant le même organisme de recrutement et le même chercheur ayant soumis à un appel précédent sous Horizon Europe, et ayant reçu une note inférieure à 70% ne peuvent pas soumettre de nouveau l’année suivante.

 

  • La Master Class (programme ci-joint) est principalement destinée aux candidats à l’appel MSCA-PF dont l’UCLouvain est l'institution hôte. La Master Class leur offre la possibilité de faire connaissance avec l’UCLouvain tout en bénéficiant de conseils approfondis sur la manière de rédiger leur proposition. Si vous êtes actuellement chercheur à l’UCLouvain et que vous postulez auprès d'une institution hôte à l'étranger, vous pouvez également vous inscrire pour y participer. Plus de détails suivront.
  • Si vous avez l'intention de soumettre un projet MSCA-PF, merci de bien vouloir en parallèle en informer l'ADRE (personne de contact: Sara Wilmet) afin de pouvoir vous communiquer l’information utile dont les documents de support transmis lors de précédentes séances d’information, les témoignages d’anciens lauréats et d’experts évaluateurs, et vous aider par exemple à trouver un promoteur à l’étranger ou un candidat en mobilité internationale. Le schéma PF-GF demande une attention particulière, merci de bien vouloir nous contacter avant de soumettre votre dossier.

I hereby inform you that the “Postdoctoral Fellowships” call under Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (HORIZON-MSCA-2023-PF) is now open. I invite you to consult the attached work programme.

Purpose : The goal of this programme is to enhance the creative and innovative potential of experienced researchers wishing to diversify their individual skills through training and advanced international and intersectoral mobility. There are two types of Individual Fellowships: European Postdoctoral Fellowships (individual grants for researchers coming to or moving within Europe); Global Postdoctoral Fellowships (individual grants for researchers going to a Third Country, with a return phase in Europe).

Eligibility : Supported fellows must be postdoctoral researchers at the date of the call deadline, i.e. in a possession of a doctoral degree, defined as a successfully defended doctoral thesis, even if the doctoral degree has yet to be awarded. Recruited researchers must comply with the following mobility rule. Researchers may be of any nationality. !New: at the call deadline, supported researchers must have a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent experience in research, measured from the date that the researcher was in a possession of a doctoral degree.

Details : European Postdoctoral Fellowships are awarded for between 12 and 24 months, while the total duration of Global Postdoctoral Fellowships is between 24 and 36 months, including a mandatory 12-month return phase. The project budget is calculated in the form of fixed amounts (unit costs) for the researcher and for the institution (please consult the attached document → table page 89).
Procedure : Electronic submission in response to calls for proposals published annually by the European Commission on the Funding & Tenders Portal by 13/09/2023 (17:00).

Proposals involving the same recruiting organisation and individual researcher submitted to the previous call of MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships under Horizon Europe and having received a score of less than 70% must not be resubmitted the following year.

  • The Master Class (attached programme) is primarily intended for Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA-PF) applicants with UCLouvain as host institution. The Master class offers them the opportunity to get to know UCLouvain while also benefitting from an in-depth proposal writing clinic. If you are currently a researcher at UCLouvain and applying with a host institution abroad, you may also register to participate. More information will follow.
  • If you intend to submit a MSCA-PF project, please inform the ADRE (contact person: Sara Wilmet) at the same time so that you can receive useful information, including supporting documents from info sessions, etc. The PF-GF scheme requires special attention, please contact us before submitting your application.
