Register and task variation in Learner Corpus Research (VAR4LCR)

This conference, held on 7 and 8 July 2025 in Louvain-la-Neuve, will mark the closing of the Hoover Seedfund project on "Learner Corpus Research and Register Variation", a collaborative initiative between the Centre for English Corpus Linguistics at UCLouvain and the Department of English at Northern Arizona University.
The conference will be structured around several presentations, posters, and invited lectures. We are happy to announce the participation of the following Keynote speakers:
- Douglas Biber (Northern Arizona University)
- Marije Michel (University of Groningen)
- Shelley Staples (University of Arizona)
